PRELIM DATES

The Prelim Dates for Lockerbie Academy N5 Physics students.

• 25 multiple choice Friday 10th January 2020 Period 4
• Extended answers Monday 13th January 2020 Period 5 & 6

Both of these exams will be in the HALL, so don’t report to my room I’ll meet you there!

The topics will be

1. All of Waves
2. All of Space
3. All of Electricity
4. Most of Properties of Matter, including the gas laws
5. Speed, distance, time, acceleration and v-t graphs (from S3)

I can’t tell you more as I’ve only just started writing it, but do lots of past papers from SG, Int 2 and N5 and the Gas Laws remember are from the old higher course, so you’ll need to look at these papers. I’ll look out some for you to try.

1. You and your revised brain.
2. Calculator
3. Pen and Pencil
4. 30 cm rule
5. Eraser
6. Relationships Sheet (I’ll bring these)
7. (for the final exam you’ll need a protractor)
8. A determination to try your best.
